MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR – DIDCOT

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor to join our client’s team for a 16-20 week office fit-out project in Didcot. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading HVAC contractor on a high-profile development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety procedures.
• Experience managing HVAC and electrical installations on commercial projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple subcontractors on site.

• Oversee mechanical and electrical installations on site.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, including the electrical subcontractor, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage site activities, ensuring work is completed to schedule and quality standards.
• Report to the project manager and liaise with clients as required.
