The Mechanical Engineer will responsible for implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical rotating & static equipment in the most efficient and safe system in order to achieve the optimum reliability and availability of the equipment consistency by complying with all of Air Liquide standards and maintenance strategy. Actively uphold and integrate Safety, Risk Management, and Compliance into all maintenance and project activities (including documentation, qualification, and risk analysis), ensuring personal competency through required training and leading the team's adherence to relevant regulatory standards and the deployed IMS. Maintenance follows up to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational compliance by planning, executing, and optimizing all levels of maintenance (preventive, corrective, and manpower planning), maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving procedures based on analysis (RCA) and work order review. Lead and manage all phases of the Turn-Around (TAR) scope based on CMMS maintenance and Project WO, from initial definition and comprehensive planning (including spare parts procurement, scheduling, and setting required safety/work methods documentation) through to full contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and execution readiness. Ensure optimal availability of mechanical equipment by identifying critical spare parts, setting appropriate minimum/maximum inventory levels (based on vulnerability study), and guaranteeing that all procurement and receipt processes strictly adhere to IMS quality and compliance requirements.
