JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all stages of product development, from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, development, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with automation and robotics systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, or thermal systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Project management experience.

• Design mechanical components, systems, and processes to meet project requirements.
• Develop 2D and 3D models, drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Conduct feasibility studies, stress analysis, and thermal calculations.
• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring designs are produced accurately and efficiently.
• Develop prototypes and coordinate testing to validate design performance.
• Analyze test results and modify designs as needed to improve functionality and reliability.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production teams.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
• Identify and resolve mechanical design and production issues promptly.
