Job Description Support supplier replacement for mechanical components, including technical assessment, process review, and mass production introduction. Conduct new supplier qualification and sample approval in accordance with supplier development processes. Evaluate and determine the technical feasibility of alternative suppliers based on customer or project requirements. Develop supplier transition verification plans, including performance testing, durability testing, and assembly compatibility validation. Collaborate with quality teams domestically and internationally to track testing and audit progress during supplier transitions. Compile supplier transition reports and communicate verification results and related technical matters with customers. Execute customer-specific supplier transition verification tests and prepare related reports. Qualifications Skill Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, manufacturing processes, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Validation & Testing: Experience in planning and executing mechanical tests, including functional, environmental, durability, and assembly validation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work with purchasing, quality, engineering, and production departments. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Forming, or a related field. Open-minded, with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
