III. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must be able to effectively communicate, present and recommend ideas and solutions. Success comes from the ability to develop strong relationships with the internal and external customers.
While most contact will be within the BEI team, as a global company, being able to interpret, express and explain to other nationalities is an important aspect.
EDUCATION:
Graduation from a recognised four-year technical college or university, or equivalent education and/or experience.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience of 3D and 2D drafting, preferably in a design environment.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical engineering foundational knowledge, including tolerancing, dimensioning and drafting.
OTHER SKILLS:
Experience in transformer and power supply design or electronic industry is desirable.

The development and maintenance of product drawings for the magnetic engineering group. The main role is to support the application team in developing drawing for customer specified transformers and inductors. These drawings will be used for prototyping, customer release and production support.
