MECHANICAL ENGINEER SKILLS:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • Proven experience in HVAC and mechanical systems, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM design, mechanical installations, and prefabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent project coordination skills, with a keen ability to manage deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams and clients.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in engineering and construction.
