GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for designing, quoting, purchasing, validating, and implementing appropriate processes, tools, fixtures, equipment, and machines. Create an environment that allows us to optimize the safety we offer our colleagues, achieve high quality standards, and improve the efficiency of our processes to a world-class level. Ensure that the detection of all high-priority PFMEA processes is subject to the highest mechanical engineering controls. We must always consider the following key concepts: lean manufacturing (LE/NLE), continuous improvement, 5S, total quality management, and unit flow. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Professional Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar) 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS English: (Advanced) Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CATIA, Adobe). Experience in drawing reading and geometric tolerancing Extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs Atlas Copco electrical tools (scheduling, purchasing, etc.) SAP proficiency Enablon PMO (Project Management) tools Problem-solving skills Risk assessment Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (e.g., PDCA/DMAIC) Familiarity with CATIA and PTC CREO software Familiarity with SCADA and MES concepts MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Create a clean and well-organized work environment that prevents accidents and reduces safety risks for our team. Create and ensure that our processes are robust enough to allow our staff to produce high-quality vehicles that meet company standards. Create and control torque matrices. Ensure that our equipment and tools maximize the VA/NVA ratio, considering the realities of our workers and utilizing cutting-edge technologies when necessary. Collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure product features are manufactured according to specifications. As part of the Process Engineering/Product Development (PE/NPD) department of a leading company, innovation and the continuous pursuit of excellence are essential daily. Responsible for delivering assigned project activities on time, working closely with the NPD/NPI team, where identifying and reporting on bottlenecks prior to mass production is a key responsibility. Actively participate in the development and maintenance of FMEAs to ensure that risk countermeasures implemented are properly documented on vehicle assembly lines. Help create a culture of continuous improvement through the use of lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools. Ensure collaboration across different departments by leading, developing, and training colleagues to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and costs in a dynamic environment. Maintain a balanced budget by always seeking more than one option to ensure a quality product at the best price and with the fastest delivery time. Enthusiastically collaborate in the daily promotion of BRP's work culture, instilling a winning attitude and participating in CSR activities organized by the company. Support pilot runs. Carry out activities related to improving employee safety. Conduct studies to select the best tools with excellent safety, quality, and productivity. Design tools/fixtures as needed. Resolve quality issues. Acquire capital equipment. Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time. Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions. Comply with safety regulations determined by their role. Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015. Implement BRP's quality policy. Follow BRP's values ​​and behaviors.
