We are a well-established engineering firm in the West Midlands seeking a Design Engineer to strengthen its growing team. The business specialises in the design, fabrication, and installation of bespoke steel and aluminium structures, delivering complete end-to-end solutions for major clients across the rail, aviation, and industrial sectors.

• Work with clients and internal teams to capture requirements and turn them into workable solutions.
• Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD designs along with sales and approval drawings.
• Carry out calculations and stress analyses to validate designs.
• Support technical documentation including manuals, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Contribute to bids and proposals with accurate design input.
• Oversee projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support fabrication, on-site installation, commissioning, and client handover.
