Description

What you’ll do: 协助PE&RD工程师完成相关工装夹具的设计以及模具相关方案评审及沟通负责根据工艺或研发需求独立完成工装夹具设计并制定易损件清单。负责和相关供应商进行沟通成本及货期。负责评估模具设计方案及其他非标件机械方案负责开发新型或验证创新工装夹具的可行性。负责根据现有生产工艺优化现有工装夹具，以提高稳定性，降低工装备件损耗，诸如：能够使用常用工具进行故障排除，如5W1h，鱼骨图，PDCA等。具备基本的六西格玛知识，如标准差，CPK等。对操作人员进行作业指导书、JSA等培训。规范生产流程，验证生产线产能。其他交代事项 Qualifications: 大学本科以上学历。机械工程相关专业三年以上非标工装夹具设计经验，机加经验丰富，了解精密模具优先能熟练使用3D软件，诸如Core, Solidworks,CAD等，熟悉Office 办公软件。良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力
