We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in MEP Consulting, specifically in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for villas and low-rise and Hight-rise buildings
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality to obtain necessary approvals, including DM approval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Consultants in UAE is a must.
• Experience working on villas is must.
• DM approval and experience liaising with Dubai Municipality is Must.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
