Reporting to the Mechanical Director, the Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer role involves… What a typical day looks like: 1. 负责电源插框/PDU多合一集成产品结构设计、评审组织、技术文件、样机装配、开模申请、零部件认可，公差分析等结构专业开发工作. 2. 配合工程师或客户进行结构专业方面的需求对接、问题解决沟通，必要时出差客户现场进行交流与问题分析解决； 3. 参与或负责插框或电源相关机械测试。负责产品的包装设计，并参与解决测试中发现的问题。 4. 负责样机至量产结构技术问题解决，技术文件变更等维护技术支持工作。 5. 支持工厂NPI产线生产，解决生产中的机械相关问题。 6. 输出储能电源产品结构件的2D图、3D图、组装图、爆炸图，编制BOM表,装配和操作说明书等技术文件； 7. 对产品模具进度持续跟进，试模检讨与修改，测试、认证和验收评定 The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 1. 6年以上设计经验，本科或以上学历。 2. 有独立完成Shelf、PDU或电源开发量产产品的经验，精通pro/e绘图软件； 3. 熟悉常用塑胶件、五金件结构设计，熟悉塑胶与五金材料特性、应用加工与工艺，熟悉相关结构设计的技术规范及安规要求； 4. 掌握CNC加工、钣金、铸造、焊接、冲压、注塑、金属表面处理等相关工艺； 5. 具备基本安规电气知识，熟悉母排载流计算； 6. 工作积极主动、自主学习能力强，有不断探索、创新、解决问题的精神和能力； 7. 具有团队协作精神，有良好的执行力, 较强的抗压能力与责任心。 8. 英文读写良好。 What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, vision Life Insurance PTO Job Category Design, Process & Technology Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities. Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the structural design, development, and technical documentation of power shelf and PDU products. They will also provide technical support from prototype to mass production, including factory NPI line support and mold testing.
