ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our busy competence centre in the North of Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and supporting the maintenance of high-pressure water jetting equipment and accessories, both in our workshop and occasionally on customer sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on water jetting equipment and associated accessories.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on waterjet systems powered by combustion engines and electric motors.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers, assisting with their projects and troubleshooting.
• Take responsibility for the organisation and upkeep of the workshop, tools, and warehouse.
• Travel to customer sites for occasional on-site repairs (typically day trips).
