Responsibilities
  • Designing, editing and manage plant diagrams (Layouts)
  • Designing, editing and manage process diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Review engineering delivered by workshops, e.g. detail engineering of tanks and pressure vessels.
  • Creation and verification of construction diagrams
  • Validation of manufacturing processes in the workshop with stainless steel and carbon steel, with an emphasis on hygienic industry.
  • Development of 2D projects for different areas such as, Instrumentation & Control, Processes, Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial, focused on sectors, Energy and Petrochemicals and Food Industry.
  • Development of 3D modeling under AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3d, AutoCAD Inventor software. Designs are for the food industry and hygienic design standards must be followed (pasteurizers, valve skids, warm-up skid, etc)
  • Generation of bill of materials by means of 3D Software for equipment manufacturing.
  • Trace pipeline routes, freehand isometric generation of mechanical assembly schematics or through 3D design software.
  • Responsible of final installation details
  • Management of contractors
  • Availability to travel within and outside the country, 50% of the tim
