We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical engineer to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical plumbing systems, Fire Fighting systems , and HVAC systems, adhering to project specifications and standards. Ensure accurate and clash-free design models by coordinating with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, and electrical. Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to review and resolve design conflicts. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to align designs with project goals and deadlines. Perform detailed calculations for plumbing systems (e.g., pipe sizing, flow rates, and pressure drop). Analyze and ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. 3 - 5 Years of experience in the same field. Previous experience in designing HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing. Well organized and efficient, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Good analytical skills and problem-solving. Excellent in using AutoCAD + Revit + hap + Elite. Work Conditions: - Working Days: Sunday- Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM - Days Off: Friday- Saturday - Location: Mohandseen
