OverviewTurn engineering challenges into practical, customer-focused product solutions.We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and customize product variations based on client requirements. This role supports a product-focused business by adapting existing product designs, developing customer-specific solutions, and preparing products for overseas manufacturing.You’ll work closely with engineering management to evaluate existing product lines and assess competitor designs, helping identify opportunities for continuous product and performance improvement. The role is ideal for an engineer with a strong mechanical engineering foundation and extensive expertise in hydraulic systems who enjoys turning technical requirements into effective, manufacturable designs.

Key Responsibilities• Design customized product variations and adaptations based on client requirements.• Build and modify detailed technical drawings and CAD models using SolidWorks.• Develop engineering solutions for customer-specific product modifications.• Generate comprehensive technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications.• Support the transition of product designs to overseas manufacturing partners.• Review competitor products to identify opportunities for design and performance enhancements.

Must-Have Requirements• High proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.• Solid professional foundation in mechanical engineering.• Specialized, extensive expertise in hydraulic systems and related applications as the primary qualification for this role.• Ability to generate clear technical specifications and manufacturing drawings.• Practical experience adapting existing product lines for custom applications.• Strong professional communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements• Experience with product manufacturing optimization.• Familiarity with manufacturing standards and processes in Asia.• Experience managing broad product portfolios.
