We are a well-established Construction and Property Development company based in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the execution of MEP works on our ongoing and upcoming projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other mechanical design software.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and international mechanical codes.
• Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Design, review, and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for building projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all mechanical works are executed in compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Perform site inspections, testing & commissioning of systems, and issue progress reports.
• Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions during project execution.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
