How you’ll make an impact Design and develop mechanical components for electro-mechanical relays, ensuring high performance and reliability Apply industry best practices like Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Tolerance Stack-up analysis to optimize product robustness and manufacturability Generate engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOM), to support manufacturing process Execute validation and verification activities to qualify the developed components Work closely with Vendors and Quality teams, including for mold development Contribute to continuous improvement projects, fostering innovation throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
