WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building services.
• Work on a wide range of systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, fire alarms, lifts, generators, and BMS.
• Respond to emergencies promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Take the lead on specific systems/plant as delegated, ensuring safe and compliant operation.
• Support colleagues, apprentices, and contractors, sharing technical knowledge and contributing to a strong team culture.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activity in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
