We are seeking a motivated and energetic Engineer in Training I capable of learning and performing various tasks including: engineering calculations, HVAC equipment selections, ductwork/piping layouts and sizing to join our Philadelphia office. May 2026 grads are welcome to apply! As an EIT I you will assist and report directly to an HVAC Project Engineer, and will be responsible to prepare drawings and perform other design related tasks. This role will expand as you become responsible for broader aspects of HVAC Engineering and design, while gaining experience toward licensure. Essential Functions: Perform HVAC load calculations. Select equipment such as fans, air handling units, heat exchangers, chillers, etc. Size and layout ductwork and piping. Layout equipment rooms with proper clearances and access. Design and draft details, sections, etc. Survey existing conditions. Coordinate with other project team members as needed for the design Work with clients and contractors on a limited basis. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. E.I.T.
