Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, update and develop component and assembly level drawings for devices involving electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. • Support supply chain related activities such as onboarding new suppliers and resourcing projects. • Execute engineering change requests (ECR) and notifications (ECN). • Support quality driven activities such as continuous improvements and corrective actions. • Provide engineering level support for customers, production and other team members. • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities. • Assist with internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process compliance with specifications. • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. • Promote and support 5S, lean manufacturing, and other operational excellence initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned supporting the engineering department to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience: Min. 2 years in an engineering position in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in CAD (Solidworks) and GD&T. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.)
