JOB TITLE: MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee mechanical systems and installations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in mechanical site engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with local and international mechanical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Supervise and manage mechanical works at the construction site, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Perform site inspections and quality checks on materials, installations, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures of mechanical systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities and inspections.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input where required.
