1. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems for Maxiton’s refuse compactors and related equipment.
• Conduct structural and functional analysis to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, and manufacturing) to integrate smart technologies into mechanical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in mechanical design, preferably in waste management, heavy equipment, or hydraulics.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Strong understanding of hydraulics, structural mechanics, and material properties.Familiarity with IoT or sensor integration is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
