Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility operations. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facility systems to identify and address any issues or potential improvements. Coordinate and manage facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and to support overall organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors. Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects. Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with energy management and sustainability practices. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS).
