Your new role: Working within our engineering team, you will contribute to both product development and project engineering, supporting clients and internal teams across Australia. Responsibilities include: Designing and developing new engineered product solutions Conducting engineering assessments for cold and fire-rated support systems Engineering support for large-scale cable ladder installations, including tunnels and major infrastructure projects Liaising directly with clients, contractors and external engineering consultants Investigating and resolving mechanical or design issues during product development and implementation Supporting and mentoring graduate engineers within the team Contributing to continuous improvement in engineering processes and product design You will bring: You are a practical and solutions-focused engineer who enjoys applying engineering principles to real-world industrial applications. You will bring: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial or product engineering Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing and project teams Highly regarded: Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) Experience managing engineering projects Exposure to automation systems or manufacturing processes Why join us?
