Key Deliverables: Coordinate to create and update schedule including manpower planning for maintenance activities – Preventive and Breakdown Provide support for machine installation and project implementation. Responsible for maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and civil assets of the company. Supervise the repairs for the machines and in case of escalation conduct the repairs. Forecast future problems. Monitor electricity and usage consumption and ensure power saving and reduced usage of electricity. Monitor substations. Formulate justification for replacing old equipment. Observe and investigate the efficiency of all machines and accordingly suggest upgrade for machines and its parts. Check the quality of existing machines and recommend new machines if necessary. Provide technical support to mechanical technicians. Provide help in sorting escalated issues. Supervise the efficiency of the team. Provide on the job training for the mechanical technician. Assist in technical round of interviews for new recruitment. Relationships (Internal): Operations, HSE.
