Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Mechanical HVAC Engineer to become a part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in mechanical engineering with specific expertise in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the building construction industry. This role is crucial for ensuring all HVAC projects are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet high standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring they meet all requirements for comfort, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
• Conduct detailed calculations to determine heating and cooling loads, equipment sizing, and selection.
• Prepare and review system drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction project managers to integrate HVAC systems into building designs effectively.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure they are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and methodologies, incorporating innovative solutions into designs to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years UAE experience in building construction, with a specific focus on HVAC systems.
• Thorough understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and the UAE’s building codes and regulations.
