Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer for the recruiter role to help us build strong teams across our valves maintenance and wider mechanical operations. You’ll leverage our global recruitment Platform. What you bring is mechanical knowledge (ideally oil & gas, petrochemical, EPC, Manufacturing and energy industries), high energy, and a learn-fast, work-fast attitude.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Mechanical base: Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical maintenance
  • Industry familiarity: Static / Rotating Equipments, Hydrotests, Welding / Fabrication, Shutdown/Turnaround concepts.
  • People & pace: clear communication, fast follow-ups, ability to juggle multiple roles.
  • Tools: basic Excel/Sheets & email/Docs
  • Languages: English required; Hindi/Urdu strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters/HOD to define must-haves for roles: valve/PSV technicians, mechanical fitters, rotating techs, machinists, welders, supervisors, fabricators, insulators, helpers, painters etc.
  • Use our platform to create requisitions/projects, post targeted job ads, and manage candidate flow.
  • CV Management: Review incoming CVs and accurately categorize them as Ready-to-Hire.
  • Screen for mechanical fit (junior depth needed): Basic Maintenance/OH & Testing procedures for mechanical equipment.
  • Candidate Assessment: Perform phone screenings to evaluate technical knowledge, certifications, and suitability for mechanical roles.
  • Interview Coordination with hiring managers; confirm attendance; share pre-briefs; follow up for feedback quickly.
  • Profile Accuracy: Ensure all shortlisted profiles are complete, accurate, and updated in the system, including relevant certifications (HVAC, hydraulics, welding)
  • Talent Pipeline: Maintain a steady pipeline of Ready-to-Hire candidates across all mechanical categories, ensuring availability for urgent and long-term client needs
