Description

Job description

We believe in the right for everyone to choose a solution that fully meets their real needs and not one presented with a limited perspective. We are driven by our willingness to roll our sleeves up, get dirty, understand why things work and fail, and then move from replacement to prevention.

We are a unique and growing company that specialize in providing impartial and independent expert advice on all rolling element bearings in various industries.

We are seeking a self-sufficient, motivated and critical thinker to join our growing team. We’d like to welcome you, as Mechanical Engineer, to join our team if you care about:

  • Completing the project from start to finish;
  • Making a positive impact and being valued for what you achieve;
  • Contributing fully and communicating openly.

Essential Requirements.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2 Years relevant work experience
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Available for site visits and travel as needed
  • Comfortable performing hands-on tasks such as bearing disassembly

You will make this new role your own, be extremely comfortable having meaningful conversations with clients, be unafraid of getting your hands dirty, be physically fit, and get a real kick out of discovering where things went wrong and how to eliminate them from occurring again.

You will have the capacity to uniquely understand the needs of the customer through your mechanical aptitude and engineering or fitting experience, enjoy the prospect of joining a dynamic and growing business, and will positively contribute to our unique business culture.

Fluent English written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Experience in rotating equipment and bearings, as well as demonstrated hands-on experience will be an advantage.

Come work with us to create something bigger than ourselves. We provide a competitive salary package, the tools, and an excellent working environment for you to excel and grow with this business.
