Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Principal Lead)
Location: Monterey Park, CA
Base Salary: $110K – $125K PA

INSIGHTS:

  • Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
  • PE license required.
  • Must be local to the Monterey Park, CA area.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in mechanical engineering (MEP consulting preferred).
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proficient in HVAC design and analysis software (AutoCAD, Revit, Energy Pro, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, energy-efficient, and sustainable design practices.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Collaborative team player with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills for fostering client trust and long-term relationships.
