We are currently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team that has a passion to deliver great products that are impactful towards the energy transition of the market.

Responsibilities
You develop innovative mechanical designs and concepts that align with project goals and requirements.
You ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations to guarantee product safety and quality.
For ease of manufacturing and cost efficiency, you conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and optimize designs.
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless product development and industrialization processes.
To validate design concepts and make informed decisions, you perform thorough analysis and testing of prototypes.
You manage the initial tooling and process release for manufacturing mechanical parts.
You oversee mechanical parts engineering change management throughout the product life cycle.
You actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes and product quality.
Requirements
You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related field or equivalent through experience.
You have proven experience in mechanical design, design optimization and product development.
Familiarity with the Industrial or Consumer Electronics industry, including its trends and challenges.
To guide design decisions, you have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
You have proficiency in CAD software preferably SolidWorks, for creating detailed technical drawings and models.
To address complex design challenges, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You have a ‘Green Heart’ and believe in renewable energy.
