Description:
Our client, a prominent Main Contractor, is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their on-site team in Louth. 3. WPQR & WELDER QUALIFICATIONS
- Assist in developing and implementing Preliminary Welding Procedure Specifications (pWPS).
- Support and coordinate welder qualification processes and certification tests.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years in a mechanical engineering role, with a focus on welding or a strong interest in the field.
SKILLS
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access experience is a plus).
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid European driving license.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
