Our client, a prominent Main Contractor, is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their on-site team in Louth. 3. WPQR & WELDER QUALIFICATIONS

• Assist in developing and implementing Preliminary Welding Procedure Specifications (pWPS).
• Support and coordinate welder qualification processes and certification tests.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years in a mechanical engineering role, with a focus on welding or a strong interest in the field.

SKILLS

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access experience is a plus).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid European driving license.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
