We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys turning concepts into real-world products—someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about design, materials, and problem-solving. If you’re ready to contribute to custom, high-visibility projects and collaborate across departments from design through production, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Work with engineers to design, build and test solutions on current and new products. Use CAD software to develop designs, we use Solidworks. Analyze operations/processes and offer suggestions for improvement. Work closely with line operators to gather data on known issues and offer solutions. Be a key member in implementing changes in parts, operation and process from engineering to the production floor. Responsibilities
