Description

Job content:As a Design Engineer, you are responsible for supporting product designs and preparing technical documentation.
You create 3D models and assemblies in Inventor and manage CAD and Vault files as a Design Engineer.
As a Design Engineer, you perform strength calculations and relevant analyses using analytical methods and FEM software.
You draw up specifications for purchased components and prepare production and customer drawings.
You support prototyping both internally and externally and handle testing and validation, with approximately 15% of your time spent on testing and validation.
You coordinate with 5–10 regular suppliers and report progress and bottlenecks.
You work in a multidisciplinary team of approximately 6 engineers and contribute to project planning and optimization, with about 50% of your time spent on design and modeling.
Job requirements:Experience with 3D modeling in Inventor and managing Vault files
Demonstrable experience with strength calculations, FEM analyses, and prototyping
Experience with supplier coordination and working in a multidisciplinary team of approximately 6 engineers.
