Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Kwara State
Salary: ₦500,000 monthly (inclusive of feeding and accommodation)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment
- Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
