POSITION OVERVIEW

Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time Mechanical Engineer to support our Engineering Department.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, CAD/CAM software, SolidWorks, manufacturing processes and materials science.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Advance degrees and professional certifications can be beneficial

• Designing mechanical components, equipment, and systems for manufacturing processes, often using CAD and CAM software.
• Overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that components and equipment are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including blueprints, reports and user manuals.
• Working with other engineers, technicians and production personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring that all mechanical systems and processes comply with safety regulations.
