Independently develop and implement concepts for a range of significantly complex product issues and engineering solutions Lead or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of significantly complex engineering problems Specify or perform significantly complex engineering analysis Communicate with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex engineering issues to address customers' High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products Generate product specifications; define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests Specify the development, design, or modification of complex engineering layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications Specify and review engineering documentation and engineering processes Experience with CVD Chamber design, Gas systems design, Lamp design AND/OR Plasma systems. Bachelor's degree 10-15 years of experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain difficult or sensitive information and to build consensus
