JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee our engineering workshop operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, predominantly pumps and rotating equipment, with expertise in scheduling and workflow organisation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of rotating equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
  • Experience in drafting technical documents and interpreting schematics is essential.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £40,000.00-£47,500.00 per year
