How you’ll make an impact 1. You will be the part of an international design and engineering team heavily specialized in traction transformer design, will be responsible for mechanical development traction transformer order and tender designs in compliance with the market and sales strategy to meet the market needs. 2. You will be coordinating his design activities within a worldwide factories network, also will influence specification at the tender and pre-tender stage, through conceptual discussions. 3. You will be participating in internal design concept reviews: Carry out general and detailed design studies, and hand over technical documentation meeting the requested quality level (specifications, drawings…) within a defined timeline. 4. You will lead the technical communications/discussions/decisions with the customers covering the whole business chain of value where technical skills are keys (tendering, sales, project execution, after sales, services…) 5. You will support the local & global organization on S&M, SCM, quality activities, cost savings. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree of mechanical engineering. 2. Up to 2 years’ experience working in mechanical design for oil immersed transformers. 3. Understanding of oil immersed transformer mechanical design, knowledge on Computer Aided Design, 3D Modeling , ProE application preferred. 4. Experience in mechanical design for heavy industry products, also experience in technical project management and in FMEA is a plus. 5. Strong team working abilities with a worldwide multi-cultural technical team also should be a team player, open minded, team oriented and autonomous. 6. Additional languages knowledge is considered an advantage, curiosity in different scientific areas like hydraulic, thermal, mechanical. 7. Proficient in Microsoft office and associated tools. 8. Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written is a must.
