Job's mission You will work on mechanical design for PECVD tool and its evaluation. What you will be working on Learn entire process chamber configurations including gas parts, vacuum parts, RF parts, control part and etc. Design particular portion mentioned above to improve performance. (Current problem and success criteria will be shared before designing it. And discuss how to improve it.) Install the parts to the lab tool. Evaluate the performance.
