As a key part of our Maintenance Leadership Team, you’ll manage the day-to-day performance and long-term reliability of mechanical systems, ensuring our guests enjoy magical moments in a safe environment. From ride vehicles and track systems to motors, brakes, and safety mechanisms—you’ll be at the heart of our resort’s operations.

• Lead a skilled team to maintain, inspect, and service mechanical systems across the park.
• Manage daily, weekly, and annual maintenance in line with OEM schedules.
• Oversee critical safety systems, including sensors, brakes, and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical faults efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEMs for upgrades and repairs.
• Support major annual ride overhauls and refurbishments.
• Drive a proactive, safety-first culture while meeting tight operational deadlines.
• Mentor and develop your team to meet the highest standards.
