WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of mechanical engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) and FEA analysis software.
• In-depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, Design for Assembly, and Design for Inspection principles.
• Proven project management experience, with a track record of managing complete product development cycles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
