JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician (Product Development Tech) to join our Brea, CA facility. This role supports engineering teams by executing technical tasks, solving routine technical problems, and assisting in the development, testing, and documentation of product development processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 6 years of lab or technician experience in a regulated environment OR equivalent school laboratory experience.
· Proven experience following written procedures and collaborating with a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor of Science in a technical field.
· At least 1 year of laboratory or R&D experience in a collaborative environment.
· Ability to understand and execute test procedures.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
· Basic problem-solving skills for routine technical challenges.
· Proficiency with personal computers and lab software.
· Ability to train and guide junior technicians.
