Company Description Our client is an angineering company specializing in equipment and production systems for the steel and metallurgical industry. The company designs and supplies industrial installations, process lines, and mechanical equipment, particularly for: Steel strip processing (cleaning, coating, galvanizing, etc.) Cold rolling mills for stainless steel and silicon steel Associated mechanical systems used in heavy industry Its solutions are used by major global industrial players, especially in sectors like steel production, automotive, and advanced manufacturing Job Description MISSIONS: Erection supervision responsibilities Works under the authority of the erection site manager or general site manager. Respects and enforces the safety and quality rules. Issues his weekly JRA. Leads the erection team to install mechanical equipment in respect of quality, norms, and safety regulation. Participates in debates concerning technical solutions. Bring answers to erection teams questions. Elaborates the erection technical documentation and protocols with signatures. Spots and locates Nonconformities and elaborates reports and transfer to the relevant persons through M-Files. Bring possible technical solutions to NCs or technical matters pending. Participates to the elaboration of the pending point list referring matters to the site manager Realizes OPI: open package inspections and reporting. Interprets assembling and detailed drawings(when supplied) and lead the erection team for their understanding. Controls the equipment installation and alignment. Elaborates corresponding erection data sheets with signatures. Estimates the manpower needed for the erection and alignment of pieces of equipment. Refers any manpower evolution needs to the erection manager. Estimates costs for the NC correction in terms of manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables. Refers all information needed to the site manager. Reporting responsibilities Issues daily reporting of his activities. Participates to the elaboration of the weekly progress report. Participates to the elaboration and update of the MOM pending point list. Issues the OPI reports with signatures and hand them over to the manager. Issues the erection datasheets filled in and signed. Issues erection punch list. elaborates NC reports through M-Files and transfer to the relevant persons. Issues the time sheets on a weekly basis. Issues each entry and exit pictures of passport stamps Qualifications Mastery of the erection and the adjustment/alignment of all types of mechanical equipment. Mastery of the use of measuring tolls: theodolite, millwright level, optical level, micrometer gauges, laser tracker etc. Team leadership disposition. Good relationship disposition. OSHA certified/ VAC or equivalent ISO 14001/45001 or equivalent. SST or workplace first aider Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft tools: words; excel, project, power point etc. Good knowledge of the use of software designed for drawings: readings, drafting 2D and 3D. sketch. Fluent English reading, writing, speaking. Certificate of fitness for work by occupational health organization or affiliated doctor. Additional Information Participates in the site erection preparation meetings of the mission (either face-to-face on the site or remotely). 5 days a week or 6 days a week (to be confirmed on site depending of the activities) Starting date: May 2026 Duration: 2 weeks
