ANVI SERVICES LTD is currently seeking a results-oriented Estimation Coordinator to join our team.

Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
  • Self-motivator and responsible attitude
  • Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction industry
  • Post-Secondary degree in mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, BIM (preferred)
  • Driver’s License
Responsibilities
  • Develop cost estimates from contract drawings and specifications independently.
  • Create budget estimates based on conceptual renderings.
  • Source pricing for specialty components and subcontractor work.
  • Research manufacturers and obtain equipment/component pricing.
  • Accurately estimate project hours, including detailing, project management, and installation.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings to align scope and estimate documentation.
  • Evaluate and negotiate bids to secure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects.
