POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Sheet Metal Estimator & Production Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for sheet metal ductwork projects and coordinating production efforts to ensure timely and precise job execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SMACNA standards, HVAC system design, and industry-specific software used for estimating and production scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or sheet metal fabrication coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
  • Strong knowledge of SMACNA standards and HVAC codes
  • Proficient with industry-standard estimating and production software (e.g., Trimble AutoBid, QuoteSoft, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, Bluebeam)
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, ductwork types, fabrication methods, and installation best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Field experience in HVAC installation or duct fabrication
