My client, an expanding building services contractor, are recruiting for an experience Mechanical Estimator to join their team based in Manchester! Projects vary from new build, refurbishment and fit-out.

Duties include:

• Vising sites UK wide
• Prepare and submit estimate reports and tender documentation.
• Ensure sub-contractor quotations are accurate
• Prepare take-offs for mech HVAC services
• Support construction and electrical estimating when required
• Perform risk analysis
• Contribute to quality and technical submissions with the bid writing team

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• In depth knowledge of estimation formulars and practice
• Proficiency in software system
• Experience with AHU/MVHR installations
• Experience with air-con and fan coil unit services
• Experience with ground drainage and domestic water services
• Experience with heat pumps and decarbonsation
