Partner with the best As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer Reciprocating Compressor you will be the first point of contact for our global customers on-site. You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard. As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer Reciprocating Compressor , you will be responsible for: Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Reciprocating Compressor products at customer sites. Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Have 10 years of experience in Reciprocating Compressor installation/maintenance. Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions. Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions. Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English. This role requires extensive travel. Applicants must be willing and able to travel significantly (not less than 70%) without geographical restriction including offshore.
