Aureol Global Connections is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join our professional team. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components to ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment. This role demands technical expertise, precision, and adherence to safety standards to support our engineering projects effectively. Responsibilities Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical parts and systems following technical drawings and company procedures. Perform alignment, fitting, and adjustments to components to ensure proper operation. Inspect equipment for defects, wear, and proper function, carrying out repairs as necessary. Operate hand and power tools as well as precision measuring instruments to carry out fitting tasks. Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Document work performed and report to supervisors accordingly. Comply with all health and safety policies and regulations in daily work activities. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality and efficiency of mechanical fitting processes. Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience in mechanical fitting or related discipline. Proven experience as a mechanical fitter with strong technical and practical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision alignment equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project demands.
