Haynes is seeking an experienced and proactive mechanical technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial laundry equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production line.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Read and follow technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Perform regular maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns.
  • Find and fix mechanical faults using the right tools and methods.
  • Ensure all work follows Australian standards, WHS rules, and HCS policies.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts stock.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
  • Support other maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Be available for emergency repairs outside normal hours.
