THE ROLE

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Mechanical Fitter with a background in mechanical assembly and pneumatic machinery. The successful candidate will work alongside the clients Deployment Engineer, supporting the installation and commissioning of their robotic MicroFactory system. This is an initial contract position, with the potential for longer-term work depending on system deployment success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble, install, and commission robotic and pneumatic systems
• Work from technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise assembly
• Conduct mechanical fitting, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine installation processes
• Work away from home when required (all travel and accommodation arranged)
• Follow strict health and safety protocols in all working environments
